Bedok Interchange Hawker Centre had being transformed and rejuvenated. An old town being transformed into a modern town and many more upgrading plans for Bedok. This is part of HDB’s remaking of our Heartland (ROH) plans for the East Coast area. Other upgrades being done were Bedok Mall (opened in Dec 2013) and the Bedok Integrated Transport Hub (opened in Nov 2014).
More new developments in Bedok Town Centre. Besides the upcoming Town Plaza and Heritage Corner, residents can also expect a new Bedok Integrated Complex that will house Kampong Chai Chee Community Club, Bedok Sports Centre, Bedok Polyclinic, an Eldercare Centre and Bedok Public Library. This development is slated to be completed by 2017. An enhanced Pedestrian Mall will provide seamless connectivity to existing and upcoming developments in the Bedok Town Centre from the second half of 2016.
In Bedok, there will also be outdoor play corridoor like cycling tracks, pedestrian paths connect Bedok Town centre to East Coast Park and Bedok Reservoir Park and many more new and upcoming facilities in Bedok soon.

East Coast Development
The government is enhancing East regions which includes Tampines, Bedok, Pasir Ris, East Coast areas.
With URA and HDB to take the lead in upgrading projects to enhance connectivities, increase job sectors in Changi South regions, improve greenery like park connectors and also to increase housing developments. Properties in the East region, especially those near to Changi Business Park (CBP) will florist and properties will be able to sustain property capital gain. Further with the completed SUTD university, new Changi Terminal, etc. Such business and commercial belts will definitely increase the property values around the East regions of Singapore.
